Arif Azad is a Bangladeshi author and activist who wrote more than two books. Both of his books became bestseller in ‘Ekushe Boimela’, a Bangladeshi yearly national book fair. His first book is Paradoxical Sajid. the book has been translated into English and Assamese language as well. and his 2nd book is Aroj Ali Somipe. He also led protests in 2016 against the banning of Peace TV in Bangladesh. He is the founder of a charity organization named ‘As-Sadik Foundation’.
